Engagement Structure
A structured, ongoing partnership.
Coaching contracts with Andrea Umbach are generally one year in length, with regular monthly 1:1 coaching meetings. Often there are additional meetings to support the executive through important meetings or events.
Work is conducted primarily remotely, with in person meetings when possible.
Many of Andrea's clients continue after the initial year to sustain their leadership effectiveness.
Andrea Umbach operates on a retainer basis with remaining balance communicated quarterly.
